We have the following precision equipment: 3 CNC, 6 EDM, 4 Wire-Cut, 8 Injection machine, 13 Milling machine, 2 Grinding machine and so on.
We have adopted the advanced CAD/CAM/CAE designing and manufacturing flow chart, being used process software. Adopting numerical control equipment such as CNC and E.D.M, which help us to guarantee the reliable quality to meet customer's different demands.
We design and make injection molds for overseas and domestic clients for a long time. Most of mold weights are between 50 KG and 8 Tons; we often use the moldbases and standard components of LKM, which specialized in supplying moldbases and parts. The core/cavity steels often used are such as P20, H13, NAK80,718#,etc; We can make molds according to the customer's variable requirements, such as Hot Runner, D-M-E standard components, insulator plates, etc;
We not only design and make molds, but also have a molding department with 8 sets of plastic injection machines, its size are between 80 T and 220 T.
